To access the service, a GP or medical specialist must make a referral.
GPs or medical specialists can create a Mental Health Treatment Plan in consultation with the patient, which should then be provided to the Better Mental Health Hub, managed by the North Sydney Primary Health Network (NSPHN). After this, Primary & Community Care Services (PCCS) will link the patient to a clinician who will contact them to arrange an appointment.
