The Fish Study - factors influencing social and health Outcomes after land transport injury

The Fish Study factors influencing social and health Outcomes after land transport injury

The University of Sydney is conducting a research study to identify factors that influence health and social recovery after a motor vehicle crash. Professor Simon Willcock and Professor Ian Cameron would like to invite you to participate in the study. GPs help is sought to identify potential participants who have been recently involved in a land transport crash. We need only six pieces of information from you. These are: patient name, date of birth, postal address, contact number, type of injury and the date of crash.

GPs will be reimbursed for your time with $99 for screening information on completion of each baseline interview. The screening form can be completed online here or can be faxed at 02 9809 9037 or emailed at fish.study@sydney.edu.au.
