Survey tools to assist general practice

According to the RACGP Criterion 2.1.2 Indicator C:

At least once every three years, our practice actively seeks feedback about patients experiences of our practice by:
  • Using a validated patient experience questionnaire that has been approved by the RACGP, or
  • Developing and using our own individual practice specific method that adheres to the requirements outlined in the RACGP Patient feedback guide: learning from our patients (questionnaire or focus group or patient interviews).
Practices can develop and use their own individual practice specific method to seek patient feedback but it must be approved by the RACGP.
