Survey: GPs perceptions and practices around falls prevention

Attention General Practitioners: you are invited to participate in a survey on GPs' perceptions and practices around falls prevention for older people living in the community, as part of a research project conducted by the University of Sydneys Faculty of Health Sciences.

This project has received approval and support from the Northern Sydney Medicare Local and we are distributing the information about this study on behalf of the University of Sydney.
