The closing date has been extended on a great PhD scholarship opportunity: Health literacy and its influence on complementary medicine use by Australians.

This full-time postgraduate scholarship is available for a highly motivated and suitably qualified candidate. A collaboration between researchers in the Faculty of Pharmacy and School of Public Health (Faculty of Medicine) at the University of Sydney, the project will suit candidates who are interested in complementary medicine use by consumers, health literacy, health education, medicine information sources, shared decision making and development of training programmes.

As a candidate working within the NSML region, NSML is well placed to work with the successful candidate in collaboration for access to pharmacy/consumer networks and health profiling data.

Please note the closing date has been extended to 30 June 2014.
