Current measles warning

NSW Health is reminding everyone travelling to Bali, Indonesia to check they are fully immunised for measles before their departure. In October and November 2013, there were measles cases diagnosed in Australians returning from recent travel to Bali.

Full protection for measles requires two doses of vaccine four weeks apart. Australians with symptoms of measles should seek medical attention (measles is highly infectious you should call ahead before attending a health care facility).
